If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will determine the most appropriate solution, which may include repair or replacement at our sole discretion.

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Jewelry Service Program

We offer professional jewelry repair and maintenance services for customers after purchase.

Available services may include:

• Stone tightening
• Prong repair
• Setting repair
• Jewelry refurbishment
• Professional cleaning
• Stone replacement

All repair and maintenance services are subject to service fees.

A quotation will be provided before any work begins.

Stone Security & Setting Maintenance

Jewelry is exposed to daily wear and may experience impact, pressure, accidental contact, or environmental stress over time.

As a result, the following conditions may occur through normal use:

• Loose stones
• Stone movement within settings
• Worn prongs
• Setting wear
• Missing stones caused by impact or wear

These situations are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under warranty.

Repair services are available upon request and will be quoted individually.

Lab-Grown Diamond Jewelry

Lab-grown diamonds possess the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as natural diamonds.

However, jewelry settings remain subject to normal wear over time.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their jewelry periodically and contact us if maintenance services are required.

Gemstone & Colored Stone Jewelry

Natural and colored gemstones may display characteristics that are considered normal and are not defects.

These characteristics may include:

• Natural inclusions
• Internal growth patterns
• Color zoning
• Variations in saturation
• Minor differences in transparency
• Slight variations from product photography

Because every gemstone is unique, no two stones are exactly alike.

These natural characteristics do not affect the beauty, durability, or value of the jewelry and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Such characteristics are not covered under warranty and are not grounds for repair, replacement, return, or refund.

What Is Not Covered

The following situations are excluded from warranty coverage:

• Lost diamonds or gemstones
• Loose stones resulting from wear, impact, or accidental damage
• Missing stones
• Bent, worn, or damaged prongs
• Normal wear and tear
• Surface scratches
• Metal wear
• Accidental damage
• Improper care or misuse
• Exposure to chemicals or harsh cleaning products
• Third-party repairs, resizing, or modifications
• Theft or loss
• Natural gemstone characteristics described above
