1. Shipping Destinations
Lotus Diamond currently ships to selected countries and regions across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East.
The shipping destinations available during checkout represent the most up-to-date countries and regions we currently serve.
If your country or region is unavailable at checkout, please contact our customer support team before placing an order.
2. Areas We Currently Do Not Ship To
For logistics, security, and carrier limitations, we currently do not ship to the following locations.

Lotus Diamond reserves the right to decline shipments to remote areas or destinations where our courier partners cannot provide reliable delivery service.
3. Order Processing Time
In-Stock Products
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully verified.
Made-to-Order & Customized Jewelry
Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry requires approximately 7–15 business days for production before shipment.
The estimated production time will be displayed on the product page where applicable.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.
4. Shipping Fees
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of USD $500 or more.
Orders below USD $500 are subject to a flat shipping fee of USD $19.90.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.

6. Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped through trusted international carriers, including:
- DHL Express
- FedEx
- UPS
The shipping carrier is selected by Lotus Diamond based on the destination, shipping method, and operational requirements.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become available.
8. Signature Required
To protect high-value jewelry, certain orders require a signature upon delivery.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the shipping address provided.
High-value orders may also require additional identity verification before shipment.
9. Shipping Address
Please carefully verify your shipping information before placing your order.
Once an order enters processing, we cannot modify:
- Shipping address
- Recipient name
- Delivery country or region
- Redirect or reroute the shipment
Lotus Diamond is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
10. Customs Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, GST, customs clearance fees, or other local taxes imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs clearance procedures may occasionally result in delivery delays.
11. Remote Area Delivery
Some delivery addresses may be classified as remote or extended service areas by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other shipping carriers.
If additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you before shipment to confirm the additional cost or discuss alternative delivery options.
12. Failed Delivery & Returned Packages
Packages returned due to any of the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Refused delivery
- Failure to complete customs clearance
- Failure to receive the package within the carrier's holding period
may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
Any return shipping fees, customs charges, handling fees, or other costs incurred may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.
13. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Lotus Diamond will assist customers in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Any replacement, compensation, or refund will be handled based on the carrier's investigation results and applicable shipping insurance coverage.
14. Delivered Orders
Once a shipment has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order will be considered successfully delivered.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the security of the delivery location after delivery has been completed.
If you believe your package has been stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier and your local authorities immediately.
15. Quality Inspection Before Shipment
Every jewelry item undergoes a comprehensive quality inspection before shipment.
Each order is photographed, securely packaged, and documented prior to dispatch to ensure it meets Lotus Diamond's quality standards and shipment verification requirements.
16. Force Majeure
Lotus Diamond shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Customs inspections
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Airline or transportation disruptions
- Government regulations
- Labor strikes
- War or civil unrest
